Sleep apnea
care,
all in one place
The at-home test, a sleep doctor’s review, and a clear next step.
Three easy steps
You only have to be awake for the first one.
Complete your health intake
A clinician reviews your answers and orders the test when appropriate.
Sleep one night
Wear the home test in your own bed for one night. Your phone records it all for you.
Get real answers
A sleep doctor reads your results, explains them plainly, and starts treatment if you need it.
Is it worth testing?
Tap anything that sounds like you.
Apnea happens while you are asleep, so selecting nothing here does not rule it out. One measured night settles it either way.
It fits on your wrist and one finger
The WatchPAT ONE is a small home sleep test cleared by the FDA. It reads seven signals while you sleep, including real sleep stages.
Treatment starts with one machine
One machine, chosen on purpose, so you are not left comparing models. Your clinician sets your pressure range, and it does the rest while you sleep.
The part everyone else drops
Getting diagnosed is only step one. We built the rest too.

One price, paid once. No bill afterwards.
If your results show sleep apnea, you’ll see your treatment options and exact price before you spend another dollar.
Questions, answered
How does the home sleep test work?
Wear the WatchPAT ONE for one night in your own bed. It tracks your breathing and sleep while you sleep, then sends the data securely for a sleep physician to review.
Do I need an appointment?
No scheduled appointment. You’ll complete a short health questionnaire online, a clinician reviews it, and your test is ordered if it’s a good fit. If they need anything else, they will message you.
Is a home test really enough?
For many adults with suspected obstructive sleep apnea, yes. You get a real diagnostic sleep study without spending the night in a lab. If your results suggest you need something more specialized, we’ll tell you.
Do I have to send the test back?
Nope. WatchPAT ONE is single-use. Sleep with it once, your night gets uploaded through the app, and you’re done.
What happens after my test?
A sleep physician reviews your night, your results are explained clearly, and you get a next step. No mystery report full of numbers you have to decode yourself.
What if I have sleep apnea?
If APAP is right for you, you can keep going with Apnea One. We’ve already picked the machine we trust, the ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet, so you won’t have to compare a wall of nearly identical devices.
What if I don’t have sleep apnea?
That’s useful information too. You’ll get your results and know what makes sense to look at next.
Do you take insurance?
Not yet. We’re starting cash pay so the price is simple and visible from the beginning. HSA and FSA cards are welcome.
One night. Then you’ll know.
Tests ship as soon as a clinician signs off, usually the next day.
